Excellent opportunity with a growing company who is a leader in their industry. The Director of Business Development will drive the sales and marketing efforts of an engineering & contracting company, focusing on commercial, private and municipal entities, on a regional basis.
The Director will be responsible for growing current customers, developing new accounts, targeting new markets and developing marketing & advertising strategies.
In addition to having a proven record of success, qualified candidates must have excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills while being driven to succeed.

Ideal candidate will have a BS degree with min 10 years Sales/Business Development experience in the construction/design-build industry.
