JOB DESCRIPTION

Data Governance Program Manager

• Tasked with leading annual reviews and accountable for rapport with all model owners as required by the model and data governance functions.
• Outline and progress content and educate and create culture awareness of model risk management and data governance.
• Support and develop training for partners as required.
• Maintain and evolve policy, procedures and develop, review and assess documentation guaranteeing it is up to date, includes quality content and meets compliance expectations.
• Manage the inventory and its processes and review, assess and provide input and supervision to all controls of the Model Lifecycle.
• Responsible for the global governance function for model risk management and data governance programs and answerable for the effective execution of its processes.
• Assess and analyze performance of the function. Prepare action oriented management intelligences and materials for Model Risk Management Committee, Management Risk Committee and the Risk Oversight Committee and other Senior management periodically and as mandatory.

QUALIFICATIONS

Position Specifications - Required Education or Experience:

 

1. Bachelor's degree in information systems or associated field.
2. Six or more years direct related experience in a bank Data Goverance role.
3. Experience managing staff and supervisors.
4. Technical skills in systems management, technologies, integration of distributed systems for centralized control and optimization.
5. Analytical and research.
6. Budgeting skills preferred.
7. Assemble statistics, prepare forecasts and recommendations.
8. Cost analysis projection  experience.

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
