JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Requirements:
Develop and implement interfaces using current integration technologies.
Create interface specifications for integration team.
Oversee production availability of assigned interfaces, troubleshooting and solving problems.
Track problems through resolution and communicates status, even if resources resolving issue are external to Tech Services.
Communicate to the customer and Tech Services outages, status updates or changes.
Communicate effectively with system users regarding technical and business issues.
Utilizes incident reports, change management forms and other communication vehicles as needed.
Available on call for interface support nights and weekends.
Act as secondary or back up for those interfaces within your team.
Develop, enforce and continuously evaluate Service Level Agreements as they relate to integration.
Oversee project tasks, assigning and executing tasks as needed.
Keeps Tech Services management informed of all key issues.
RequiredSkills:
3+ years of interface experience preferred. 1-3 years of interface engine experience with Siemens/Cerner OPENLink, Epic Bridges, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, eGate, Ensemble or similar interface engines required.
A basic understanding of the Windows environment and an eagerness to learn, support, and tenaciously troubleshoot supporting technologies.
Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and healthcare experience (7+ years) with a demonstrated proficiency in system integration.
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills to support team philosophy, leading members of multiple teams to complete complicated projects.
Strong organization skills with accurate attention to detail crossing multiple projects and departments.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi- task and separate complex issues.

Epic Bridges Certification
Cloverleaf Certification.
