JOB DESCRIPTION

• Developing a growth strategy for ECHO affiliate tracking platform (www.echo226.com)
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Conducting research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arranging business meetings with prospective clients; joining industry related exhibitions.
• Managing the platform sales pipeline from leads to full integration.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven 4 years minimum working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role in the ad-tech industry in China
• Must have a deep knowledge of tracking solutions – Such as Hasoffers, Appsflyer, FuseClick etc.
• Previous experiences in sales of tracking / affiliate tracking platform – a major advantage.
• Deep understanding of the ad tech eco-system in China, former strong relationship with key players in this field is a big plus
• Proven sales track record.
• Extremely strong negotiating and analytic skills 
• Chinese (Mandarin) native, Proficiency in English [CHINESE CITIZENS ONLY] 
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated, self-starter, with excellent communication skills 
• University graduate

University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
