JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting package and perform monthly financial analysis based on IFRS and Japan GAAP.
• Prepare budget and forecast.
• Manage and monitor capital expenditures.
• Support internal and external audit process.
• Proactively communicate within team and also to other departments on issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

ü  BA/BS degree in accounting, finance or business administration.

ü  Minimum of 7 years’ work experience in finance and accounting and work experience in retail business is a plus.

ü  Team management experience

ü  Ability to source, analyze and manipulate business data coupled with clear presentation capabilities.

ü  Skills to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

ü  Ability to demonstrate interest and challenge financial planning and analysis areas.

ü  Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate and interface with all levels of an organization.

ü  Demonstrated success with productivity and cost-saving initiatives.

ü  High levels of professionalism with strong attention to detail.

ü  Good command of written and spoken English

ü  Proficiency in Excel, Words, PowerPoint, AS400 and SAP.

ü  TOIEC score above 850.

Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
