JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties include:

• GL accounting and reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis
• Compiling current and past trends, using KPIs including revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
• Providing mentoring and guidance to analysts
• Root cause analysis and solutions to plant variances
• Preparation of monthly balance sheet, income statement, and changes to financial position/budget variance analysis
• Construct and maintain data accumulation systems for accurate cost accounting system
• Develop and monitor performance indicators, track expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast and analyze fluctuations
• Produce a monthly reconciliation to ensure P&L and balance sheet maintain a high level of accuracy
• Coordinate the input and distribution of dashboard reports, including financial reports, charts, tables and other exhibits
• Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research and perform ad hoc analyses

QUALIFICATIONS

Requires a BA/BS in Accounting with 5+ years' of related experience, advanced Excel skills (pivot tables), financial modeling, capital budgeting experience and strong analytical skills.

University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
