Houston Oil and Gas company seeking Sr. Financial Reportiing accountant for SEC reporting. HIgh visibilty role, working with the CFO.
Exceptional package includes stock, bonus, 401K and other incentives.
Prepares all SEC financial statements including 10Q and 10K
Analyzes financial data
Creates models and forecasts
CPA with hands-on SEC reporting
5-7 years of combined public and industry experience
Strong analytical and communications skills
Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
