Job Description

The ERP Analyst supports worldwide projects for implementation and improvement of corporate financial reporting. Epicor 9 or 10 is ok. Must have Epicor experience of 6 months or more.

 This individual will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, analyzing financial data, trends, reporting, developing and updating custom reports, and supporting users. 

• Participation in development and implementation of new technologies and systems.
• Provide day-to-day support of ERP and related applications.
• Participation during various project phases for new sites.
• Continued development of existing sites.
• Development, maintenance and provide IT documentation.
• Optimization of performance, availability and quality.
• Training and coaching of end users and support colleagues.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the following competencies:

• Proficient use of English, both verbal and written
• Ability to communicate and work with international teams, executive management, and end users. Ability to adjust the conversation as needed.
• Competencies or special know-how in:
  • ERP financial systems / EPICOR 9 or 10 mandatory
  • Workflow management, process development, and financial understanding
  • MS-SQL data manipulations and understanding queries
  • Fundamental understand of ERP systems (Epicor and Syteline preferred)
  • Minimum 2-years experience working in analytical environments
  • Working Hours:  Full-time, 8-5, M-F
  • Travel:  Yes, about 10%
  • Education:  BS or equivalent experience

  • Epicor 9.x or 10.1 “Required".

QUALIFICATIONS

Epicor 9 or 10.1 experience required. Syteline a plus
