JOB DESCRIPTION
Work closely with attorneys on matrimonial matters related to tracings and business valuations
Performing business and intangible asset valuations for projects involving purchases/sales, tax planning/compliance, and litigation
Performing and managing business development activities
Servicing clients on complex litigation and investigatory matters
Testifying in matters involving valuations and damages
Communicating with clients
Mentoring and developing staff
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
BA/BS degree required; an emphasis in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering is highly desirable
ASA, ABV, CVA, or CBA certification/candidacy required
Demonstrated history of performing significant valuations across a broad variety of fields
CFA or MBA a plus
Robust book of business contacts
Record of expert testimony at trial or in arbitration is highly desirable
12+ years of experience in a combination of professional services and private industry in senior leadership roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to develop and retain existing staff
Education:
University - Master's Degree
