JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
Overall lead in developing profitable business in Hong Kong to enhance its market presence by achieving significant business growth
Identify opportunities and potential clients and turn into profitable sales through execution of strategic, targeted, existing customer, and business development approaches
Driving customer targeting, growth opportunity identification, pursuit and delivery
Identifying and pursuing of cross-selling business development opportunities with targeted customers across product brands
Ensure and enhance business and its relationship with existing customers by delivering high level of customer satisfaction
Developing and executing account plans to seek for the growth in profitability for existing and new accounts
Maintain the existing clients and acquire new clients to solicit business opportunities and promote products/services
Prepare sales forecasts and budgets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas
Business travel is required upon occasions
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements
Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering or related Discipline
At least 10 years solid experience in water & wastewater treatment related environment especially in the Public Utilities Segment
With both channel management and direct sales experience is preferred
Excellent negotiation/communication skills, sales planning and team-building experience and problem solving skills
With proven ability to network and forge relationship both internally and externally
Able to drive results independently
Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Immediate available is preferred
Education:
University - Bachelor's Degree/3-4 Year Degree
